10 car pile up

The traffic was heavy today at the beach. There was almost a serious collision over the water , but the pelicans managed to straighten themselves back out into the usual flying formation and disaster was averted.
Back on the sand , the sanderlings were fewer in number today .However they are my favorite beach buddies and subjects. Extra is one "coming into focus " per husbands recommendation for naming it.
