Waiting for My Surgery

The car was frozen over when John went take me into hospital this morning. Sure was cold but a really lovely clear morning. 

I didn't have to wait too long for my surgery as I was 2rd on the list. With my check before the surgery they wanted a ECG done and the nurse said I did wonder why as they only do them on people over 65... Now I see you are will over 65. I hope you take it as compliment as you don't look over 65! That made my day.

The surgery took a bit longer than expected but all went well. He thinks I should still have feeling in my finger. Because I have had surgery on it before to is more difficult to do because of the scar tissue.

I got home around 3pm. It was lovely and sunny.
