Enjoying the Afternoon Sunshine

After Acupuncture I did some shopping to look for a present for my youngster sons birthday, which is tomorrow. While I was shopping I decided to have a massage on my neck and shoulders. I was told my neck really needed some treatment and that is why my headache still hadn't gone. I did feel so much better now. 

I successfully found a present ..just hope he likes it. We will go out for a birthday meal tomorrow night.
