Life’s milestones

It’s wet. It’s cool. It’s grey. It’s all over miserable. And it’s August. .

This is the entrance to the Registrar’s office. Palm like plants either side of the door create a temporary illusion that we live in tropical climes.

Births and Marriages are registered and celebrated here. Both life changing moments which - usually - equate to enjoyment (to fit with today’s challenge, even on a miserable day).
