Lasagna
Frozen lasagna. Wine: Tempo Morellino di Scansano Riserva 2015.
Tonight’s dinner was a simple one after a tiring day of class planning following a tough workout at the gym (we’re coming back to full workouts this week after a break for our Minnesota trip). Readymade frozen lasagna isn’t as good as a properly made one, but it tasted better if one is ravenous from exercise. The wine was just passable.
