Pork Chops
Berkshire pork milanese chops grilled with a spice rub, grilled peach, creamed spinach, and biscuits. Wine: Rusack Pinot Noir Solomon Hills Vineyard Santa Maria Valley 2015.
Last time I had these chops (from D’Artagnan), I breaded them and they were rich, juicy, and fantastic. This time they tasted like bacon in steak form. I really can’t lose with them.
