Moonlight

Such a difficult day. The specialist confirmed the diagnosis, but it was actually worse than they thought. Moonlight had breast cancer which had spread to her lungs and lymph nodes. There was nothing else to be done, except to let her go. We’ve all cried so much, but she is at peace and free.
