Berwick roofscape

Into Berwick to have lunch with Jane and Louise - very pleasant it was too, and good to see them both again and to catch up with their news.

But, beforehand, some chores and essential shopping. (Cheque in US dollars paid in at the bank, but apparently it may be week "a few weeks" before the amount appears in our account as GB pounds!) Bumped in to several friends, too, which was nice, and even had time for a quick walk by the sea.
