An august sunset

Left wotk mid afternoon to head north as S' younger brother and wife are across from Melbourne for the weekend. 

Shortly before taking this photo of the sky at sunset I had tried to get some photos of a Kaka (one of New Zealand's parrots). The light was not very good, nd my focus was worse. I hope I will see more of thse lovely big birds on future visits.
