Friday

Up to the hospital for the last appointment. It was with  the OT. We chattted about the last few days , how I was etc. 
She then said that I have been allocated a CPN (community psychiatric nurse) who will be phoning me next week to arrange an appointment. I have no idea what this will involve, how often I see her etc. More waiting. 
I should be feeling happy, relieved that I'm not going to be on my own. But I feel nothing. Numb. 

Left the hospital, had lunch with a friend then headed back home through the park where I captured these wild flowers blowing in the breeze.
