Smile

I got this yoga ball for about £3.00 many a year ago. I hoped it would transform my approach to exercise but in fact the gym did that for me. This large ball is now sought out by the kiddies who come to play as it fascinates them. The very small ones want to bite it, roll over it and try to throw it. The larger kiddies simply want to bounce it all over! I like it for sit ups but I fear the kids use it more than me. :-)
