Another relaxing day

I have had a lovely relaxing lunch in my fav pub with a friend who has had an unusual Christmas. She spent it with one son in America whilst she left the other son with granny and granddad. Whilst causing my usual havoc at the bar to pay the bill I noticed this lovely jug. The girl behind the bar gave me a strange look (nothing new to me!) when I asked to have a look at the jug and photograph it. I wonder how with my background I have never even heard of this type of whiskey especially with a shamrock in the name...... Google here I come.x
