Gardening

That was the plan for today.
The weather put paid to that plan.
The closest I got to it was taking pictures of the Rowan berries (the tree is dripping with them) and these roses (there is a slightly lighter shot).

I did go for fuel and had a laugh at the foul mouthed woman who thought she had been queue-jumped by another motorist (she hadn't and turned on her mother who suggested she calm down) and who then tried leaving the forecourt the wrong way and had to turn round and leave very sheepishly.

I also spent a bit of time at the lathe but I think the most successful thing I made was a mess and a pile of shavings.
