Sandra came

Sandra is one of my oldest friends. We shared a flat when we were at university in Newcastle.

She has lived in Durham for a long time now. 

We did a big catch up and looked at photos from each others' lives. Sandra's granddaughters are coming on apace. The elder starts school next week.

How time flies, but also how time seems to stand still in special friendships.
