Sun Salutation

I have yoga on my mind, having attended a workshop to help me rehab my shoulder (rotator cuff tendinitis).  That's what I thought of when I saw this little guy, flying around the feeder on my patio.  He had a friend, also a juvenile male, and the two of them were very active.  I added an extra of one of them, highlighted by the flowers in the background.  You probably can't see it, but there is one bright red feather on the lower right side of the neck in my main blip.
