The Funny Side

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

The Eldest Mini Princess came home from school today and started telling me about how funny she has found her history lesson on poverty in the early 20th century. The subject matter may not seem like an obvious source of amusement, but In particular, they had been learning about the liberal reforms and the influence of Seebohm Rowntree.

“I thought I had misheard the teacher,” she giggled, “C-bomb Rowntree! No one else even found it funny. I honestly wished you were there Mum.”
