This is an illustration done by Cornelius de Witt. It's from a book published in the 1950s called 'The Golden Geography ". I thought it was an atlas but it isn't. It's written information about the universe and different areas of the world with illustrations.
I thought the illustrations were very of the time. Very Enid Blyton.
