Steaming home

Off back to Heysham today, after a comfortable night in the hotel.
A much better day of weather although the wind was still quite brisk.
We saw good numbers of gannets and Manx shearwaters, and a few Harbour porpoises.
Also nice was the very welcoming crew of the ship. We are allowed to survey from the bridge and we are treated as welcome guests, rather than nuisances!
