Apple goes to the Great Orchard in the Sky

My beloved 3G tower Apple, at least 13 years old, pre Facebook, Twitter and YouTube this afternoon went to the Great Orchard in the Sky aka Stirling Recycling Unit.

I was told by a workman to stop photographing because it is not allowed though what possible harm there can be in recording the disposal of an old computer beats me.

For years I have hung on to it in the faint hope that one day it might come in useful.
An IMac has superseded it and a laptop too, all destined to meet the same fate.
