First trip out on my bike this year, ok so were only 4 days in!

It was a bit of a shock for me and my bike, as I haven't been out since the last tri in September!

Eased back in with 17km, need to save my legs for tomorrow's 8mile run.

If you look REALLY carefully then you can see Westbury White Horse in the background!!!!
