Pedal power

Looked out the window, it was raining and very wet, so scratched the bike ride. I'm not great at staying on two wheels when it's dry let alone wet!

Did an hour on the turbo trainer then an hour in the pool.

As I keep being told winter miles, summer smiles, I bloody hope so!!!
