Saturday

A slow morning with a thumping headache. 

I had to phone nhs 24 last night as my stomach was killing me and my headache was bad. Was seeing double aswell. Turned out I had overdosed on the diazepam. I didn't need to go to hospital , only if I got worse. 

This afternoon I nipped into town for coffee pods, then home to sleep for a few hours. 

Tonight I am babysitting the boys :(
