Friday

I spotted this when I was in traffic today. 4 floors up . 

Dr's at 8.15am , blood taken to check Lithium levels and get prescription.
My legs have been really tingly today and jelly like. My chest has thumped, short of breath. There have been tears. Felt very close to a panic attack most of the day . 
Lay on the sofa for majority of the day, taking a diazepam when it got too much. Which meant sleeping a bit too.
I think I am thinking too much about Monday and getting a bit scared.
