What we did on our holidays

This was our first group outing of the holidays. A short walk in the Dyfnant forest - in theory we were catching a gap between rain showers... As you can tell, it didn't quite work out that way! Still, it was good to stretch our legs, breathe the air, and get a little sense of our surroundings; before retreating back to the cottage for a fire, hot chocolate, a spot of pirate hat making and a film. Happy happy days.

We were away with my big sister, Taffwaff, and her family, who are pictured here along with Mr G and Little G. Littler G was taking shelter under the rain cover of her pushchair. Clever girl!
