Harlech Castle

We had planned for a day on the trains for the Sunday, but my eldest nephew was feeling too under the weather for that, so he stayed at the house with his mum, while the rest of us ventured off to the coast to explore the castle at Harlech. It's a fine specimen. Very imposing.

It was a very windy day. Poor Little G lost his hat to the strength of the wind having bravely climbed to the top of the tallest tower with his daddy, uncle and cousins. Mummy stayed at ground level with Littler G and admired the views.
