Eilish McColgan's looking as cool as a cucumber three minutes after winning the 5,000 metres in 30°C at the Birmingham Athletics Championships (extra)... She left the rest of the field floundering miles behind.

I hate the way the BBC feels obliged to shove a microphone under the nose of athletes just after they've given all they have to give & the lactic acid is screaming through their veins. Eilish took this abuse in her stride!

I also watched the England rugby union team trash Ireland at Twickers - 57-15 :o)
