Moules Mariniere

Well, its’ Saturday evening and what better to end the week than a bowl of moules, or mussels as we know them?
Time was when I would regularly seek out an eaterie which specialised in moules, and whenever I am the other side of the Channel, well moules is a must
So today brought back many memories, and I was more than happy to indulge myself with a bowl or two of mussels in a delightful wine and garlic sauce. Even made sure I had a baguette to soak up the juice!
