Must get back to blipping. I seem to have been very busy doing nothing much at all really. I'm still running, but struggling in the heat. I don't cope well with hot weather. I've got a night run on Wednesday so that should be okay. We are running along the front through Blackpool Illuminations before they are officially opened at the beginning of September. I won't have a camera with me so I will have to try to get something using the mobile phone. It's a charity run in aid of Brian House Children's Hospice.
