All Aboard

My second visit to the physiotherapist this morning ..... I now have a diagnosis for my neck pain ..... I have Cervicogenic headache (never heard of it but the info is there in Google!). More exercises, this time with a towel. I don't want the discomfort to get any worse so I MUST do what the physio says!

A trip into Glasgow to meet Hazel, my younger niece, for lunch. Good to catch up with her news. 

The city centre was very busy with plenty of tourists milling about. The queue for the tour bus was longer than usual ..... glad the weather was fine for all who were able to sit on the open upper deck.
