Don't look at it, like it's forever
Working on a Bank Holiday is grand; you can get so much done.
There were maybe five of us in the office - But the rest of them were upstairs.
Lovely Peace and Quiet.
And then I popped in and saw mum and pinned her dress up so that I could take it up for her.
Then I came home. It was roasting in the house, I don't know how himself can deal with the heat - throw open all the windows I say.
we had a bimble up to the allotment - we killed three mice last night - which is sad, but good also. I don't like killing them, but I don't like not having anything grow.
I got himself to drop me half way along the beach so that I could get my steps up. It wasn't as far as I thought - But I wandered round the garden when I got back to get to my target :-)
Then I made a lemon drizzle cake.
:-) ha ha ha ha that kinda defeats the purpose eh?
I love the hay bales laying in the sunshine are lovely -this is the road down from the allotment - the extra is the other side of the corner I was standing on - maybe now you can see why I love the allotment so much
