Much passata making with the ingenious Gulliver tomato squeezer that separates skin and seeds from the pulp and using a very clever spring-loaded drum spits out the skin and seeds in a way that stops the squeezing mesh getting blocked. For €26 it was a great investment. 13 jars later.
