day? what day?

well, i'm glad i fiddled around and took some flower shots this (late) morning as although i was out briefly in the afternoon it wasn't with camera and by the time i'd finished talking to the bank, the other bank and the insurance people, signed up for and printed off three credit reports, sent an email out about yesterday's meeting, and done a few other exciting (not) jobs, it was dark. and it's bloomin' freezing cold, so i'm not about to go out when i've got an ok, fills-the-date blip in the can.

besides, i thought the daffs in sort-of silhouette/net curtain muted sunlight thing worked quite well, no?
