River Dee at Tongland

Today's the day ……………………. for an evening stroll

A beautiful end to the day and just time to take a stroll and catch the last rays of the setting sun.

This is the view of the River Dee, just a few minutes walk from our house - looking upstream towards the Hydro-electric Power Station at Tongland.  On the right is all that remains on that side of the river of the viaduct that once carried the railway line.

It's a view that I never tire of …………………….
