Spent this sweltering high summer day spring cleaning.
My eldest daughter Molly has a new job at Tate Britain (Hoorah!) which makes life awks as she lives on the South Coast.
So, starting tonight for a while, she’s staying with me during the week, moving into the bedroom which also doubles up as my office.
Hence the late but long overdue all-day spring cleaning and the emergency blip.
