Red-spotted Admiral

So many butterflies again today, including both species of Admiral that are found in this area.  I was tempted to go with the Red Admiral (see HERE with a curly tongue) because it was the first one I've seen in my garden this summer.  But I kept coming back to this shot just because I like the composition and setting.  My second choice today would be THIS one for all the same reasons.  

Had brunch with a friend today who's a therapist.  We don't usually "talk business" but I did talk with her a little about my current sense of "unrest".  She's a lovely person and I think her clients are quite lucky to have her as a therapist.  

Didn't get to the gym today.  I let myself off the hook which I know I shouldn't do and won't make a habit of.  But I'll get back to it tomorrow.
