From the top road looking North West. It might be Whinfell Beacon in the distance.   Yes grey clouds, we had a bit of rain today; the garden was thankful.  Visited the physio. Shes very pleased with my hip, and now just needs to sort out my shoulder which is suffering from all those months on crutches. I can't put my left arm up straight, something to do with the rotator cuff muscles. More exercises.........
