Buns

Tried to get as much of the baking done this morning. I followed the recipe for these Chelsea Buns but they did not seem to expand as I’d hoped.

Tomorrow will be the test when the judges get first bite.

Evening spent setting up the classes on the tables and getting ready. There always last minute activities so good to see the main room coming together - see extra.
