Mae's RED sunflower

Amazingly, we've been watching for weeks as two of the red sunflower seeds we'd planted have been growing taller and taller. The squirrels must have missed them when they dug up the others, and I noticed today that one of the two are starting to flower--& it IS red, so Mae's going to be so happy!  Can't wait for her to get home from school to see it.
