"Superfartnarkling"...

...the theme for today's AbstractThursday, & thanks to Ingeborg for hosting this challenge every week.
I'm posting early today since Tom's chemo is at noon & my brother-in-law is coming over after that. This picture started as a cardinal, sitting on a shepherds' hook, taken out of the kitchen window this morning (see extra). 
Mae loved her first day of school, and was raring to go this morning which is great to see, as come middle school you can't get them out of bed!  :)))
