Homeward Bound

We had a walk up towards Columbare this morning, it's nice and flat and we were able to watch the boats and surfers as we went along, we just had coffee and then turned round and came back again.  We had a light lunch and I asked the restauranteur how his twin daughters were doing and we were duly shown photos and given an update on their progress.  He told us that although they're now 13, he hasn't allowed them to have phones, as when families dine in his restaurant no-one talks to each other because they're all too busy with their phones -  commendable I think but something of a rarity these days.
