Ear! Ear!

A different day. 08:30 a painter arrived to quote for some work. So up sharp.

11:00 we bought a new suite of furniture. While in the showroom we learned that there was a demonstration of the ovens we had installed so joined that to learn more. Ended up with lunch as the demonstration came with tasting examples! There’s so much I don’t know about steam ovens.

Garden! Cut grass, then trip to North Berwick, the aunt’s house, the hospital the supermarket then home for 9 pm.

On the trip to north Berwick I was listening to the news reports about the demonstrations about the proroguing of Parliament. Im not convinced that the legal arguments will succeed as this seems like a cunning political exploitation of powers and procedures but with sufficient arguments on the Government’s side that the legal case will not succeed.

But the wider fall out of international viewers seeing demonstrations about “stop the coup” on the streets of the UK can do nothing to inspire confidence.

So when I saw this field “Ear! Ear!” just seemed apt. And I like it as a photo.
