Milk!

Today I went for a longer run! 7 miles exactly (I had to run around the block just before I finished as my app said 6.7...my OCD kicked in and I continued until it bloody well said 7!

I digress...milk, a very dear colleague recommended milk to me after a run, it's supposed to be good for repairing and helping the old muscles recover better, so as well as a great glug of water, I now down a large glass of milk! It has to be skimmed, I can't stand anything else!
