Musical Interlude

I had a really lovely day at work today; after a morning of emails and planning, Angela and I went over to West Heath Hospital for the afternoon, to get some photos and feedback on the musicians we get to play for patients each month. Although we've been hiring Louise and her musical partners for about 2 years now, I've never seen her in action, and honestly, I could've cried. The patients lit up when she played, and one even followed her down the different bays in Ward 12 so she could catch all her performances. We got some really lovely feedback and photos which we can use to promote the charity and apply for more entertainment funding, so it was a really useful afternoon.
