It's Behind You!

And in front, and above .... it seems to have been a good year for hogweed. And this isn't even the giant variety.

We walked Raf in the woods at Monteviot, and we were lucky to avoid the sudden sharp downpours. It was sunny enough to sit outside in the courtyard at Harestanes afterwards and enjoy a frozen yoghurt. I had cherry, with honey. I'm easing myself back into sensible eating habits :-)
