Small red shed at the big red barn

I had a meeting to attend this morning and this afternoon we did a tour of the Clyde Valley Garden Centres to see how I might spend the lovely garden vouchers given to me when I left my job at the college. I found something I really liked but unfortunately the garden centre’s telephone lines were down so they were unable to accept my vouchers and none of the other garden centres (and there are lots of them around there) had what I wanted.

On our way we stopped at the Big Red Barn just outside Biggar for tea and buns. We had planned to walk up Tinto Hill but the weather was so wet and misty we did a quick turn around the woodland walk at the Big Red Barn instead.
