First Day Back Blues

It was nice to get to school and catch up with everyone but the novelty soon wore off. We had to rewrite the school development plan in the morning then sit through the same old safeguarding PowerPoint in the afternoon that we do EVERY year....
There’s always a bit of new lingo to get your blood boiling; this year we did some ‘radiant thinking’ and we’re told to expect Ofsted to do some ‘deep diving’.
