First day back at school and it could have been better. Although we didn’t have any tears, the problems we were anticipating after consultations with playgroups are actually much worse than we first thought. Obviously, it’s only day one and things could improve but I’m feeling a little disappointed and despondent.
Thankfully the children were only in until 12 so this afternoon, my TA and I decided to go through some of the resources which have been stored in the shed since lockdown. We found this butterfly in a box of dressing up clothes and were amazed to see it was still alive.
