RANT Alert!

Not, really an E-Blip, it just impinged upon my consciousness today.
The cover I pop them out through is, I'm guessing, 100% Aluminium foil. The cell wherein they nestle, isn't; as I found out, recently, after accidentally/mistakenly/unthinkingly trying to pop one out through the "other" side. However, it tears vastly more easily than I'd expect plastic to tear.
QUESTION:-
Since I can't be harassed to separate the foil in tiny bits from the containing sheet, do I call it.
All foil?
All plastic?
Un-recyclable?
I think I can guess, don't you?
