O dear!

As it's my last saturday off work so i went to my walk/running club. It was hard going but felt really good after.
Then i took the dogs out for an hour and a half. They loved it. It was Oscars first walk and he did really well. He was running around so much and tried to keep up with our lab.....then he just did a head over heals in the mud....his little legs just couldn't keep up...yes he was covered in mud!
Im glad i've been active today as that allows me an extra glass of wine at a party i'm off to tonight.
