Amazing and inspiring.

Today started with an early morning swim. Didn't do too bad and met some really nice people who had started their new years regime. That was me last year starting all things new. Good luck and i hope they keep it up.
I then took part in a partner run. My partner was an amazing lady called Justine....she has the pink hair....i have the orange top...didn't want to not be noticed! But what is so amazing? ...She has had a double lung transplant. This incredible lady knew she wouldn't be fast but just wanted to be able to tick off one of her 'to do' boxes. It was a very muddy and slippy course. But she made it. What an effort.
She shed tears at the end as most of the runners waited for us to finish.
It was such a pleasure to help her tick a box.
